Isn’t Mandi the charmingest? From time to time, I’m going to post pictures of her, since she and I are doing the 30 for 30 challenge together. You all should follow along with her, too!
gearing up for a challenge
for many years, i’ve been a (not-so) secret style blog consumer. i. love. fashion blogs. they’re creative, the people writing them are real people with real budgets and real lives, and if you find the right ones, they’re intelligent, funny, and helpful. (you can see some of my favorites on the blogroll to the right).
my friend mandi is like me: she loves the style blog world, too. last winter, she did a 30 for 30 challenge and of course, i was something of a jealous jessica. i wanted to do it, too! so when mandi told me she was going to give it another go this summer, i decided that it’s time.
time for me to stop reading everyone else’s fashion blogs, time to swallow my pride, time to take a risk–and time to start my own style blog. who knows where it will take me?
